All orders are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide. (Purchases will not be shipped to P.O. boxes)

Once your item(s) have shipped, a tracking number will be provided with a link to track your order.

Some countries might be subject to pay taxes upon delivery.

Our policy lasts 15 days. You can return any item purchased on SEKBI Bogolan within 15 days of the delivery date.

Returns are free, you can return your item for an exchange.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds at this moment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must leave the return hand tag on the garment and it must also be in the original packaging.

Here’s how to initiate a return.

Go to your account page and click on orders.

If your order has been completed, an exchange button will appear beside it.

Click on the button to begin the return process.

You’ll receive a confirmation email if your request is accepted.

Once accepted, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you.

We only replace items if they are defective or of the wrong size.
